A note on the less-than-five-star ones. They exist — a handful in fifty years — and the common thread is pricing communication on tough calls. We've taken it seriously: the diagnostic fee is quoted on the phone before we dispatch, repair prices go in writing before work starts, and if a repair can save you from a replacement, that's the option you'll hear first.
