Rooftop units, lifted and running around your business hours
Storefronts, restaurants, offices, medical suites, warehouses. Rooftop units replaced and serviced, with the crane lift scheduled around your hours and the sheet metal cut in our own shop.
Capability
A residential company’s manners on a commercial roof
When a rooftop unit needs a crane, we line up the rigging crew and schedule the lift around your business hours. Everything the new unit sits on and connects to — the curb adaptor, the transitions, the ductwork — is fabricated in our own sheet-metal shop, so it fits the first time instead of on the second trip. And the same crew that handles a warehouse roof shows up for a storefront's five-ton split without acting like it's beneath them.
What we do for businesses
- Rooftop package unit service and replacement, with the crane lift coordinated for you
- Split systems and dedicated server/equipment room cooling
- Make-up air and exhaust for restaurants and commercial kitchens
- Custom ductwork, curbs, transitions, and plenums from our own sheet-metal shop — cut on our plasma table, formed on our brakes, fitted by the people who made them
- Planned maintenance contracts with documented visits, filter programs, and priority no-cooling response
- NYC DOB-permitted work, with a permit history going back to the 1990s
Downtime is the real invoice
A restaurant dining room at 85 degrees isn't an HVAC problem, it's a revenue problem. Commercial maintenance customers get scheduled off-hours service and first call in a heat wave. If your current vendor's answer to July is a voicemail box, let's talk before July.
