Is tankless worth it?
For a two-bathroom house with teenagers, frequently yes: you stop scheduling showers around the recovery time of a 40-gallon tank. For a one-bathroom bungalow, usually no — the install premium takes too long to earn back. That's the kind of answer you'll get from us either way: the one that fits your house, on paper, with prices.
