Other companies order ductwork. We cut it this morning.
Behind the office at 39 Broad Street is a working sheet-metal shop — plasma table, brakes, seaming benches. Whatever shape your house needs, it exists by the time the truck leaves.
Why it matters
Your ducts are half your system
A perfect furnace on bad ductwork is a bad system. Crushed flex runs, starved returns, transitions improvised out of tape and hope — they show up as loud vents, roasting bedrooms, and equipment that dies young from running against resistance. Most HVAC outfits can't fix the metal itself; they order parts and wait. We measure at your house in the morning and form the piece in Stapleton after lunch.
Duct work we do
- Custom transitions and plenums for equipment swaps — the new furnace meets the old ducts cleanly, no catalog compromise
- New duct runs for additions, finished basements, and the room the builder forgot
- Return-air fixes — the most common cause of a house that never feels right is a system that can't breathe in
- Repairs and re-supports — disconnected boots, crushed sections, ducts sagging off their straps in the crawlspace
- Commercial fabrication — spiral runs, curbs, and kitchen exhaust transitions; see the warehouse job in our commercial work

The photos on the about page aren't stock: that's our plasma table mid-cut and our crew on the brake. It's the same equipment that builds the curbs and transitions for commercial rooftop jobs — and the same crew that will build your hallway return.
